Cancellation policy

You can revoke your order within 14 days.

To revoke the order, the goods must be in perfect condition. You must prove the purchase by means of a receipt, you will receive this in your confirmation email after the purchase.

In order to start a revocation, it is mandatory that you send a revocation request by email to readableart@mail.de. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive the return address and further instructions following a positive review.

Goods returned without a verified cancellation request may not be eligible for cancellation.

Please check your merchandise upon receipt and inform us of any damage or the like so that we can find a suitable solution.

You will be informed as soon as your revocation has been reviewed. If your revocation is approved, the amount paid will be automatically transferred back to you via previously selected payment method. It may take a short time for your bank or credit card company to transfer the amount back.
